Small fitness studios are trending, usually offering 1-3 class types in the same fitness niche. The main problem with small studio fitness is the high membership expense, while offering little to no variety in fitness classes.

The main floor houses the three main studio rooms, the crossfit rig, boxing arena, 40 yard stretch of turf, miscellaneous free weights and equipment, heavy weight rigs and plenty of open space for a wide variety of personal or group fitness activities.
STUDIO 1:
Ceiling hardware allows for a range of aerial fitness classes, including silk yoga, TRX, aerial hoop, olympic ring & trapeze classes.
STUDIO 2:
The hot room can reach 100 degrees Fahrenheit, offering hot yoga, bounce, barre and mat pilates classes.
STUDIO 3:
The cycling room offers a variety of spin classes, ranging from full body sculpting to high intensity interval rides.

The top floor will house a majority of the cardio machines (treadmills, bikes, rowing machines, stair climbers, ellipticals, etc.), as well as weight and strength machines. The top floor overlooks the basement, with a view onto the turf, cross-fit, heavy weight and combat areas.
