This concept reimagined Peppa’s world as a playful, guest-centered experience built around story, movement, discovery, and family interaction. The experience invited children and families to step through a “magic door” and join Peppa on a neighborhood adventure, preparing for the arrival of her sister, Baby Evie.

The design balanced open-ended and structured play, encouraging children to explore independently while giving parents and counselors meaningful ways to participate in the story.

Experience Strategy

The guest journey was organized as a sequence of play zones, each supporting a different type of engagement, and building towards a character finale:

  • Miss Rabbit’s Train:
Story introduction and transition into Peppa’s world

  • Dinosaur Park:
Physical play, seek-and-find moments, climbing, sliding, and imaginative role play

  • Park & Construction:
Gross motor play, building, trikes, tunnels, and hands-on activities

  • Peppa’s House:
Creative play, sensory moments, party preparation, and family games

  • Celebration Finale:
Character meet-and-greet, photo opportunities, and transition back to retail

Design Approach

The concept balanced immersive brand storytelling with practical operational needs, including guest flow, parent seating, counselor-led moments, flexible activities, re-themeable components, and a range of physical, creative, sensory, and social play opportunities.

Early planning balanced story flow, activity zones, parent seating, staff presence, and back-of-house needs.

The journey culminated in a meet-and-greet moment that connected the story back to party planning and retail.
